Leonardo Mattoso Sacilotto

Leonardo Mattoso Sacilotto is a lawyer, graduated in Law from the São Paulo State University (UNESP) in 2014 and holds a Master’s in Law from the Ribeirão Preto Law School of the University of São Paulo (FDRP/USP), with a dissertation focused on public policies and water resources governance (2017). He is currently a PhD candidate in Science and Technology Policy at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), with research in the areas of circular economy, technological transition and innovation. In 2018, he was awarded the José Bonifácio de Andrada e Silva Prize by the Institute “Law for a Green Planet”, in recognition of academic essays in the field of Law. Since 2013, he has been working or researching in the areas of environmental and regulatory law.
