On December 15th, at 7 PM, the book “The New LINDB and Brazilian Environmental Law” will be launched, featuring a chapter by Senior Partner João Emmanuel Cordeiro Lima entitled “Article 26 and the Celebration of Commitments in Environmental Law.”
In the chapter, he addresses Article 26 of the LINDB, which establishes a general legal regime for administrative commitments, allowing the Public Administration to use this instrument to prevent and resolve conflicts, including those involving the interpretation and application of environmental law.
