Book addresses the evolution of consortium operations in the country
Lawyer Alessandra Mourão, founding partner of Nascimento e Mourão Advogados, will participate in the program of the 31st ExpoConac, which takes place in conjunction with the 46th Conac and the 38th Conaec, this Thursday (May 14th), in Campinas (SP), with a lecture and the launch of a legal work focused on the consortium sector.
During the event, at the Royal Palm Hall, Alessandra will be a speaker on the panel “The Consortium and the Judiciary: current issues and how to address them successfully”, which will discuss the main challenges faced by the segment in legal disputes and recent understandings on the subject.
On the same date, the firm will launch the book *Consortium of Goods – Analysis and Understanding of a National Creation* (Editora Fórum), which is coordinated by Alessandra Mourão. This work brings together articles by experts on the functioning of the consortium system, its evolution in Brazil, and the legal impacts related to the sector. Camila Grespi, Mariana Sbarra, Camila Rocha, Natasha Osajima, and Vivian Lopes are among the authors.
Conac/Conaec is considered one of the main initiatives in the consortium market in the country and brings together executives, lawyers, administrators, and representatives of the sector to discuss trends, innovation, and legal security.
