Biodiversity has assumed an increasingly strategic role in global discussions, and the debates leading up to COP 17 are already highlighting challenges and opportunities likely to impact companies, associations, and various economic sectors.
In an interview with ABIFRA, Anita Pissolito Campos—a senior partner at Nascimento e Mourão Advogados and a biodiversity specialist—analyzed the key topics on the agenda for the preparatory meetings SBSTTA-28 and SBI-7, held in Nairobi, Kenya.
