Nascimento and Mourão Advogados announces the entry of partner Telma Berton Correia Leal as leader of the tax area

Telma Berton Correia Leal, graduated from the Law School of the University of São Paulo and specialist in Law and Tax Policy and Public Administration, both from the Fundacao Getúlio Vargas, arrives at Nascimento and Mourão Advogados to take on one of the partner chairs.
With 32 years of experience, Telma has gone through major institutions such as the Rhone-Poulenc Group and the Attorney General’s Office of National Treasury has devoted much of her career.
She has held several positions in tax and administrative consulting, tax litigation and public management. She was a member of the Fiscal Councils of the Asset Management Company – EMGEA and of the State Bank of Santa Catarina – BESC.
As Adjunct Attorney General of the National Treasury, she supervised the areas of administrative, tax, and asset-related debt counseling at the national level. Already as Subprocuradora Regional of the 3rd Region (SP / MS), she supervised the administrative and tax consultancies.
The arrival of Telma Berton marks the beginning of a new stage in the tax advisory to our clients.
