With over 25 years of experience as a legal advisor, has worked with major multinational companies in the entertainment and advertising sectors, including the merger of ESPN and Fox Sports in Brazil. An expert in ESG and governance, she led compliance and sustainability programs at The Walt Disney Company, conducted internal investigations, and provided corporate policy training.

She was responsible for negotiating sports rights contracts for TV and streaming, including five FIFA World Cups and four Olympic Games. With experience at Globo and renowned law firms, she has strong expertise in regulatory risk analysis and dispute resolution.

A Law graduate from UFRJ, with an MBA from Business School São Paulo and certifications in ESG and global governance, she is currently pursuing a master’s degree at PUC/SP.
