Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), he holds a degree in Law from the Law School of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). Currently holds the position of Technical Advisor of the Department of Development of the State of Rio Grande do Norte.
