Post-graduated in Labor Law by LFG (2011) and in Civil, Civil Procedure and Labor Law by ITE (2013), Vivian graduated from Instituição Toledo de Ensino (2009). She is currently studying an MBA in Psychology and Learning Development at PUC/RS.
Member of the Scout Movement since 1994, she has in her DNA the volunteer and the action with young people in their non-formal education, she believes in the training potential of the third sector.
Elected member of the Ethics and Discipline Commission of Escoteiros do Brasil at the national level (2021-2025). She also works in the education and training of adult volunteers within the São Paulo Region.
Currently, President of the Association of scouts’ friends “Chefe João Barbosa” (2023-2024) whose purpose is to promote Scouting with the Scout Group Guia Lopes – 135/SP in the city of Bauru/SP.
Her greatest motivation is the constant contact with nature and with young people, allowing a dynamic movement and constant improvement
