Founding partner Alessandra Mourão participated in the 1st ENACASC—the National Meeting of State and Federal District Mediation and Conciliation Chambers—held on August 6 at the headquarters of the São Paulo State Attorney General’s Office (PGE/SP).

The event aimed to deepen the debate on topics related to consensual dispute resolution and to strengthen state participation in the Forum, fostering an exchange of experiences among professionals and institutions involved in crafting consensual solutions within the public administration.

The agenda was structured around two main themes: “Mechanisms for Assessing Benefits in Administrative Agreements” and “Methods of Compliance with Administrative Agreements.” As a panelist on the second discussion panel, the partner—alongside Luciano Alves Rossato (Mediator for the State Attorney General’s Office), Flávia Correa Azeredo de Freitas (Federal Attorney – AGU), and Maurício Morais Tonin (São Paulo Municipal Attorney’s Office)—presented insights on the challenges and possibilities regarding the implementation of administrative agreements, highlighting the importance of mechanisms that ensure legal certainty and efficiency in their execution.

This participation reinforces the firm’s commitment to promoting dialogue and building legal solutions grounded in cooperation and consensus.
